The Cable Area Off-Road Classic

Held the Saturday before Memorial Day
The Cable Area Off Road Classic mountain bike race is held annually the third weekend in May and is traditionally one of the first off road races in the spring biking season. This prestigious event which runs point to point from Lake Namakagon to downtown Cable. Racers can choose between an 20 or 25 mile course running through the Chequamegon National Forest. Natural beauty, a fantastic course and a weekend of friendship and fun awaits you whether you are riding or just taking it all in.

100 miles of dirt in the Chequamegon National Forest! The Chequamegon 100 follows the ethos of Self Supported Racing. The Ethos: Get yourself to the finish without support from any other individuals. The Golden Rule: You are responsible for you.
